Here’s your GHS PTSA weekly email that we send to inform our members of some of the events occurring on campus. GHS PTSA events are written in blue. Here are some of the events that are happening this week:

• Wednesday, August 24:
  • Late Start Day, classes begin at 9:40 am. All students must arrive on campus by 9:30 am.
  • Girls Volleyball @ Monrovia High School at 3:30 PM, 845 W. Colorado Blvd., Monrovia, 91016
• Friday, August 26:
  • Girls Volleyball @ Rio Hondo Prep at 4 pm, 5150 Farna Ave., Arcadia, 91006
  • Varsity Football @ Clairemont (San Diego) at 7 pm, 4150 Ute Dr., San Diego, 92117
• Saturday, August 27:
  • Girls Frosh Volleyball, it’s the Crescenta Valley Frosh-Soph Tournament at 8 am, Crescenta Valley High School, 2900 Community Ave., La Crescenta-Montrose, 91214, the gym is located on Ramsdell Ave.

Here are some of the events that are happening next week:

•  Tuesday, August 30: Girls Volleyball v. Glendale High School, HERE at 4 pm
• Wednesday, August 31: Parent Seminar at 7 pm in the Goodson Theatre,
• Thursday, September 1: Girls Varsity Volleyball @ Molten/Lakewood Invitational at 6:30 pm, Lakewood High School, 4400 Briercrest Ave., Lakewood, 90713
• Friday, September 2: Varsity Football v. Keppel at 7 pm HERE
• Saturday, September 3:
  • Girls JV Volleyball @ Gladstone High School Tournament at 8 am, 1340 N Enid Ave, Covina, 91722
  • Girls Varsity Volleyball @ Molten/Lakewood Invitational at 8:30 am, Lakewood High School, 4400 Briercrest Ave., Lakewood, 90713
