Here’s a message from Russ!
Hey All,
Thank you again for all your support so far this year. Keep your eyes out for PTSA sponsored events on the Transitions into and out of High School, Teen Diving, and educating families about Special Needs in the coming months! Your donations and memberships help the PTA to educate, and advocate for, all the students, teachers and families of California and the nation. We are coming the end of National Hispanic Heritage Month and the California PTA is offering a webinar called “Understanding the Many Perspectives of Hispanic Families” to help us reach out to all Californians. Registration is free: http://capta.bmetrack.com/c/v?e=7F2ACF&c=4592C&l=1A75DA5A&email=dAMk1H4C4ikIk9COumnXmVNnZqARidYv&relid=C0A80267
Also, remember to visit our website at http://www.gabrielinoptsa.org/ for links to and information on many of the issues that facing students and families in the public education system today. These include, but are not limited to, Teen Mental Health, the Common Core, LCAP, Scholarship opportunities, All in for Health campaign, and more!
Thanks and Go Eagles!
