Good morning, Eagles! Truthfully, wasn’t that a fantastic weekend?
Parent Information Night is tonight, Monday, 9/12, from 6-8 PM, starting in the Goodson Theatre. This is the mock “day-at-school” with 10-minute classes, so know your child’s/children’s class schedule! A quick GHS PTSA meeting is included in the program along with awesome performances by the GHS Choir and Band! See you there! And, hallelujah, ASB will be selling coffee and refreshments!
Tomorrow (Tuesday, 9/13) is a MINIMUM DAY! Classes start at the regular 8 AM, but school will be over at 11:25 AM! Please relax responsibly!
Did you know the Library is open from 3 to 5 PM every day? (Thank you, SEF!)
It must be Foodie Friday (9/16):
- ASB’s first BBQ of the year (at lunch time)! $5! S’good!
- Speech Fundraiser at Baskin Robbins, 2-8 PM, @ Sycamore & Las Tunas, 613 W. Las Tunas Dr.
“Welcome 9th-grade Families!” The GHS PTSA invites you meet Gabrielino veteran parents, students and alumni as they give their perspectives on being a freshman at Gab! That’s next Tuesday, 9/20, at 7 PM in the Media Center/Library.
Bring your giveaways for the Speech & Debate Team’s Goodwill Fundraiser, happening here at Gab on Oct. 1! See the flyers at the end of this email.
