GHS will offer Juniors and Seniors the opportunity to register or pre-register to vote in their U.S. History and Government/Econ classes this week. Please encourage your child to register and have a voice! https://registertovote.ca.gov
PSAT
PSAT sales will take place 9/21 – 9/28 for 10th graders. (No charge for 11thgraders.) $35 online purchase through the GHS website.
GHS HOMECOMING – New Date!
Please note – the GHS Varsity Football Homecoming Game is now Fri., Oct. 19th vs. El Monte (7pm, Eagles Stadium).
The Homecoming Dance will be Sat., Oct. 20th at Gabrielino.

Calling all student artists! Our PTSA is seeking student artwork to represent Gabrielino High in the National PTA Reflections Art Contest.
This year's theme is
"Heroes Around Me"
Three entries in each of the following six categories (visual arts, literature, dance, music, photography, and cinematography) will be judged at the GHS unit level and selected as finalists to enter the First District PTA level competition.
Entries are due by October 19, 2018. If you are interested, please contact Kim Hua @ kimahua73@gmail.com for submission instructions.
