Eagles, it’s the last week before Winter Break so let’s make it a good one!
Below are some of the events that are happening this week. Note that the main event taking place this week is finals. Finals occur from Wednesday through Friday, with the schedule as follows:
1st final – 8:00 am to 10:00 am;
Break from 10:00 to 10:15 am; and
2nd final – 10:15 to 12:15 pm.
Students will be dismissed at 12:15pm Wednesday through Friday

- Tuesday, Dec. 17: Dog Haus Fundraiser (every Tuesday): So you haven’t made it to the Dog Haus yet? Well why not go before the year ends? It’s located at 410 E. Main St., Alhambra and if mention that you’re with GHS, a portion of the sale will support the school.
- Tuesday, Dec. 17: Girls Soccer play Montebello on campus, games start at 3:15 pm.
- Wednesday, December 18: First Semester Finals – finals for Period 1 and 4 take place today.
- Thursday, December 19: First Semester Finals - finals for Period 2 and 5 take place today.
- Thursday, December 19: Boys Soccer play San Gabriel on campus, games start at 3:15 pm.
- Friday, December 20: First Semester Finals – finals for Period 3 and 6 take place today.
- Monday, Dec. 23 to Friday, Jan. 3, 2014: No School – Winter Break!!
- Monday, Jan. 6, 2014: Still no school -- Grading Day.
- Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014: School Resumes! Regular class schedule.
