NATIONAL PTA REFLECTIONS ART CONTEST
This year’s theme is “Heroes Around Me”. Three in each of the following six categories (visual arts, literature, dance, music, photography, and cinematography) will be judged at the GHS unit level and selected as finalists to enter the First District PTA level competition. Entries are due by Oct. 19, 2018. If you are interested, please contact Kim Hua at kimahua73@gmail.com for student info packet and submission instructions. Click here for the website.
TONGVA TUTORING
Free Math, Science, and English tutoring is available Tuesdays at lunch or Wednesday and Thursdays from 3-4pm . All are welcome! No appointment needed.
CASH FOR COLLEGE – Oct. 13th
Seniors – come for FREE one-on-one financial aid assistance for families completing FAFSA or California Dream Act applications! Register on Naviance by October 10th to attend. Stop by the College & Career Center if you have any questions.
