Preventing the Flu

The single best way to prevent seasonal flu is to 
get vaccinated!
Other things you can do:
  • Avoid close contact.
  • Stay home when you are sick!
  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing.
  • Sneeze or cough into your elbow, not your hands.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
  • Get plenty of sleep.
